Admissions Mode

Admissions to SASTRA’s main campus and SRC’s 5-Year Integrated M.Tech. and several B.Tech. programmes have two streams.

  1. Stream 1: 50% of seats will be filled based on a combination of the available JEE Main (2023) results and the normalised aggregate Class XII marks, each given 50% weight. Seats will be filled in accordance with the student’s secured ranks.
  2. Stream 2: The remaining 50% of seats will be determined by the different boards’ normalised aggregate Class XII scores. This total score will be used to create a rank list, and applicants will be admitted according to their rank.
